The Convenient Truth

There is no truth/fact that is absolute, what is true for one will be someone’s lie. I might find a lizard repulsive but for the mother lizard it will be possibly the most beautiful thing in this entire creation (just like my Mom finds me to be cute). To a young student his/her teacher may seem to be the most intelligent person but to a grown up the same teacher would be just a common person, so what it all boils down to is Perception. Be aware of how u perceive and more importantly how u are perceived, what others expect of you, how well u live up to those expectations and which expectations are worth living up to.

So what is the truth, if we are to believe Madonna when she sang “You only see what your eye’s want to see” we’ll never know the truth.

So ultimately what is that we are dealing with if there are no signs of the truth? It is consensus – truth in the materialistic world is that version of fact that is accepted by the majority and at times it can be in a very twisted form. So where is the link, the truth is that the lizard is repulsive because the majority think so, we don’t care for what the mother lizard thinks or feels – we the majority find it repulsive and so it is, so shall it be, for we the majority will condition the vision/outlook/perception of the generations to come in such a manner that they will find a lizard to be repulsive and thus ensure that the truth is upheld in its twisted form.

So the question is – is the Peacock beautiful, I’ll tell you – ask the crows who form the majority and they’ll tell you that the peacock is a mistake of the gods – its got too much feathers which weigh it down to such an extend that it is incapable of flight. Peacock indeed is a stigma on the birds of flight, a shame. That’s what they’ll tell you.

The Children of God

A child through its innocence represents true human nature. Growing up essentially involves assimilating the learning from one’s environment. The moment when learning begins to alter one’s nature marks the beginning of the shift of one’s character from its innately human to a synthetic material self.
We all are innately human; it is through the metamorphosis that we undertake to adapt ourselves, so as to race in this materialistic world, which makes us non-human.
If one’s behavior is childlike then it is because one has treasured one’s true nature and not let materialism murk one’s inner self. One is childlike for one is human – that is the way one was born into this world and so should one be forever. One should never make an effort to hide one’s true nature, for humanity is one’s true religion and one should never shy away from embracing it.
